The Women’s Premier League is set to take place in four cities for the first time, following the BCCI’s announcement of the schedule for the upcoming season. While the inaugural edition was entirely held in Mumbai, the second season took place in Delhi and Bengaluru. This year, however, the tournament will be hosted in Baroda, Bengaluru, Lucknow, and Mumbai.

The 2025 season will kick off on February 14 at the newly constructed BCA Stadium in Baroda, where the Gujarat Giants will face off against the defending champions, Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Baroda will host five additional games before the action moves to Bengaluru, where the defending champions will play four home matches.

In total, Bengaluru will host eight games before the tournament shifts to Lucknow for the first time. Out of the four matches scheduled in Lucknow, the UP Warriorz will participate in three as the home team.

The final phase of the tournament will then move to Mumbai, which will include the Eliminator and the final match. The Mumbai Indians will play two home games to conclude the group stage at the CCI, before the second and third-placed teams compete in the Eliminator on March 13. The winner of that match will go on to face the top team in the final at the same venue on March 15.
